Our brand-new luxury apartment, completed in June 2026, offers a modern, comfortable, and fully furnished space with a beautiful sea view and a private balcony. It features a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe, and two bedside tables, as well as a large living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen and a convertible sofa.
For added comfort, the apartment includes a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, two Smart TVs, air conditioning in every room, blackout curtains, and electric roller shutters, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay by the sea. To make communication easier for our guests, we speak four languages: Albanian, English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
